This tip is from my recent travel in both 12133 and 12134 in 3AC in the month of Oct 2023. Please find the details below:
1. which was known for the priority in the Konkan section. I would still suggest booking in 12133 as a couple of hrs of delay is understandable but think twice before booking in 12134 as the 5 hrs average delay has been happening for atleast the last couple of years. If you have ample time, this would be the best train as the cleanliness and other facilities are good.
2. Cleanliness: The train is very well maintained and there is Onboard Housekeeping. The cleaning staff does a good job in both 12133 as well as 12134. After 12133 arrives at Mangaluru, they lock the doors and clean the entire coach for about 30 mins after which you may board it. I would give a 10/10 for the cleanliness
3. Food: This train does not have a panty car and you have to depend on the food loaded in the intermediate stations. In 12133, there was one vendor selling dinner and water after departure from Thane but I would strictly advice against depending on it. The Breakfast in 12133 is loaded from Kankavali and includes items like Tea, Coffee (Rs. 10), Upma (Rs. 25) Bread Omlette (50) Idli Sambhar. The taste was very good and seemed fresh. Goli Bajji is loaded from Karwar.

Dinner in 12134 includes Veg Biryani with Raita (Rs. 90), Chicken Biryani without Raita (Rs. 120), Roti with Egg Curry and Tomato Soup. Veg Biryani and Chicken Biryani Tasted good and the dinner was from Ravikiran Catering Contractors Kumta.
4. Coaches: It still runs with ICF Coaches but the 3AC cooling is very good. The berths, toilets, etc. are also in good condition. In 12133, B4 Coach has RAC Passengers and avoid it if possible.
Overall: The cleanliness and overnight schedule of the train is the biggest advantage but the delays are a big concern. If you don't have a tight schedule and want to have a good journey, you may choose this train.
Once a Legendary Rocket, now it has been degraded to a passenger train.
