Next Railway Budget will be after elections and there are less chances of kotla being again minister of railways
I think elections will be in the month of April (OR) May . So there couldnot be railway budget in the month of Feb
for Kurnool people mantralayam-markapuram(it is long pending project) is a dream project
if it comes true then only they will feel happy
if it comes true then only they will feel happy
budget will be prior to elections as election code will come in may and budget will be in february so not at all a problem
