Located adjacent to the main booking counters, this office provides face-to-face general enquiry besides system-generated tickets against vacant berths, if any after preparation of final charts, normally, up to ten minutes before the scheduled departure of some important trains. The working hours are from 13:00hrs to 20:30hrs. Wheel chairs for physically challenged can be had from here on submitting request to Dy. Station Manager (Commercial).
