Yo, the famous Shree Kukke Subramanya temple is like 13 km away from this railway station. You can easily find some jeeps and autos waiting outside the station that can take you to the temple. The jeeps are always full and will charge you around 30 bucks per person to reach the temple. If you take an auto, they will charge you around 200 bucks for the complete distance, and they won't negotiate much, It's just their union rate. The main road to the temple (Kukke-dharmastala Road) is just 1 km away from the railway station. Sometimes, buses are also available in line with train timings, but when I was there, there were none.

Autos Rs.200/- charge karte hain door tak jaane ke liye jiska rate complete union ne decide kiya hai, toh no bargaining- main road (Kukke-dharmastala Road) rly station se lagbhag ek km door hai. Kabhi-kabhi buses station tak chalti hai trains ke timings ke hisab se (mujhe travel karte waqt nahi mili)
