इंदौर में एमआर-4 को फोरलेन किया जा रहा है। इसको चौड़ा करने में कुछ बाधक निर्माणों को हटाने की प्रक्रिया जारी है। सिंहस्थ 2028 से पहले एमआर-4 का निर्माण कार्य पूरा करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। पिछले सिंहस्थ में एमआर-4 को दो लेन का ही बनाया गया था।
