It seems to me running a duronto from Tirupati will be much better. It can follow the same timetable as chennai duronto and can run in alternate days.

This is perfect train from Tirupati to guntur overnight other than sabari express. Besides Tirupati vskp double decker is very bad overnight train, uncomfortable to sleep in the night, 17249 can replace it.
Empty rake of this train can be use to run a new weekly superfast between vijayawada and jammu tawi
