GlobeTrekker 28 blog postsI am now used to call this station as Deen Dayal instead of Mughal Sarai. And people were saying, it will be difficult to forget Mughal Sarai name. It is better name and also easy to use. If someone finds Deen Dayal Upadhyaya junction as long name he can just call the station as Deen Dayal junction. Simple 🙏🤗

To cover Sagar, Damoh daily train should run from Rewa to Pune, 3 days via Bhopal and 4 via Jabalpur with good quota for Bhopal and Jabalpur
So Finally, name of Habibganj will be changed. It will be named after Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced it.

It's old demand to change name of Habibganj Railway station as it is unrelated to Bhopal. The demand was not particularly to name after Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Many people suggested to name after Maharana Pratap or Savarkar but now it will named after ABV.

I told you guys demand to change station name is Old. Finally it's been implemented. I made account as soon as this decision was taken. People were criticizing me that I am spreading wrong news.

I don't have any paper cutting. Also what you are saying about Begum is given in Wikipedia. There is no other source to confirm that Begum really said this. Wikipedia is not always correct as it can be edited by anyone.

Anywhere names are given so that people and coming generation remember that person . It happens all over the world. Even in developed countries. New York International Airport is named after John F Kennedy and everyone calls that airport as John F Kennedy International Airport and its code is JFK. John F Kennedy has done great work for America and that's why they have named so that people don't forget his contribution. I just gave you one example. And I did not say that facilities of HBJ should not be increased.
