The time has increased yeah ok, but whats with the catering, I used to think that this train has the best biriyani that can be found on Indian Railways. And this time when I got it, it was like shit, I complained to the catering guys who come from panvel and they said catering was changed early this month and was given to someone who was paying more. Well I understand that railways has to earn money but can you not once see that who is going to suffer because of that.

travelling in navyug express at the moment. about to reach madurai. Ever since we boarded from New delhi the train is full of cockroaches and rats. Complained at delhi station also where the train was stationed for about half an hour. Several stations came in between but nothing was dont. This is the condition in 2AC coach. It says on the coach side that the coach was disinsected on the 4th of december. This train started from Jammu on the 8th so just 4 days later. I asked the attendant for a complained book and he said there is none available I need to contact the TTE. The TTE had the same answer, no complaint books available, I must make complaint when I reach the destination. The coach itself is dirty with dirt coming out of the AC vents.

PNR 2658119729 for navyug express says confirmed but no seats mentioned. Can you please tell me what this means. My status says confirmed on yatra.com but when I check PNR status on indian railways website it says w/l 2 RLGN, w/l 3 RLGN.
Can you please help.
