I have a reservation from Madgaon on 1st Oct, PNR: 454-8094092 (confirmed). I wanted to cancel 2 passengers from this ticket. I want to avail the rule of cancellation of 48 hours before the departure of train.
I am little confused on whether 48 hours will be counted from Originating station TVC or from MAO.

Are there any chances of having a train from Madgaon to Lucknow in near future. I have seen a special train was operated at the time of Diwali 2021 and also Holi 2022. Can railway run this train on regular basis.

While we are trying to enter the list Bullet Train countries... 15910 Avadh Assam Express got de-coupled today few kms after Shahjahanpur SPN Jn. The Engine and SLR coach got unlinked from rest of the rake at around 15.30 today in Mar 7th, 2016.
This could have resulted into a big incident if some other train would have come from behind before the railway staff could come to know about it.
