On friday 13th Feb, 16236 was diverted and I missed the information about it being diverted, and went to CRLM, to know that the train will go to Salem through a different route and I need to go to KJM. By the time I was nearing KJM, the train left and I had to miss it. Have applied for TDR, with reason as "Train diverted and not touching boarding station". My questions related to this are
1) Won't IRCTC send SMS notification to people who will be affected by change in route?

Does any one know if the train 16235/16236 whether it stops in CRLM or not? I need to board this train tomorrow night and have a ticket from BNC. Can someone provide me the contact number of CRLM station so that we can get it confirmed from the station master?

The train did stop and it is mentioned as "Extended till 30/09/2014", although bookings can't be done from CRLM. Thanks a lot for the information.

Inspite of choosing book only when a lower berth is allotted, I got a ticket booked with SU berth. It even prompted saying if berth as per choice is not possible, amount will be refunded. But even then went on to book a SU ticket. Is it a bug in their website? What can I do now?

Any changes in the Rake/Coach Position? S2 coach ticket PNR status shows the coach position as 8 from the engine. In that case, what will be the coach position when train reaches CRLM? The existing coach positions according to indiarailinfo seems to be old information. Can someone clarify if there is any change
