This train has lost its credibility as a premium train in Indian railways. 4 hours delay has become a norm for this train, almost in every journey day, it reaches Pune after 1 pm where the official arrival time is 9.40 am. Coaches are not at all maintained, bathrooms are dirty, automatic flash don't work, food quality degraded significantly, stops every now and then to give pass to other train, overall the premium quality is lost totally, now it's just another ordinary ac express. Better to take a flight, instead of travelling in this train for 32 hours.
