12249/50 HWH ANVT Yuva Express.
22309/10 HWH NJP AC Weekly.
13007/8 HWH SGNR U/A Toofan Express.
13119/20 Upper India Express.
We can expect few good trains in the place of these trains.
Good decision. No one prefers these trains e2e specially 13131,13007,13049. But the qs is what abt the intermediate small stn pgrs?
Hello Friends, Please tell me that can I onboard the 02024 pnbe - hwh janshatabdi express while deboarding the 02310 Rajdhani express on the same day during covid -19
Take 02304. What's the problem? Aaram se aao kya in chakkaro mei pad rhe ho!!
Btw it will be very dangerous and I wouldn't recommend 02310-02024. Instead take 02310-08184 but then difference wouldn't be much when compared to 02304. My suggestion:02304 e2e
Why ER treats BWN like this ?
They can stop it at jamtara and chittranjan ,Patna and Patna saheb , madhupur and jasidih but can't give a two minute halt at Burdwan?
JS already has lot of stops now. So more halts I don't think is possible. But yes 12041 /42 may be given a two minute halt. ER should think over this!!
What's the reason?.
Infact JS was a former shatabdi and still follows its TT.
(No Shatabdi trains halt at BWN.)
Infact I would support 12042,12340 getting a halt at BWN but not 12024. It chases time throughout its journey and if provided a halt a BWN it will be unable to maintain its TT.
I am also saying the same thing. JS to 110mps mei chl rhi hai aur Shtb 130 mei. JS k halt diya to 13:25 mei pahuchna impossible ho jayega. Upr se Shtb ko OT Krna pdega JS ko. That is again illogical. Arr time mei chnge hga.. dep time mei Change hga Late hui to kbhi delay cover nhi kr payegi..dono k paas bohot limited time h specially JS. Shtb halt will also be impossible without a change in TT.
Likewise u see 12305/06 k halt de diya BWN mei but not 12301/02
12340 k halt tha pehle BWN mei but daily passenger krke jhamela hua tha.. isliye hata diya
Very few ppl board from OYR. But again a imp stn for ppl working in DGR .( Railway staffs and all)
Let's see kb tk milega..mil jayega to bohot accha hga..
Bhai I meant was except coalfield and daily ice.
Can we call Asansol and Gaya as 4 point junctions because Sitarampur and Manpur are very small stations .
Also in asansol's case there is a freight going out before Kalipahari.
It has nothing to do with the small or big stations. Jn. is a technical term which denotes "If there are at least 3 separate routes coming in and out of a station". As long as this criteria is fulfilled it will be called as a junction.
Unless railway introduces any more terminologies specifically for bigger stations. The term "junction" is used in railways for very technical reasons "not for bigger or smaller stations". Ex: BCQ (this junction doesn't even have a proper platform nor it has any stops of M/E trains)
Three lines : ML,GC and the ASN bypass line
Any three tracks/routes which congregates at a station is called as Junction. Hence BCQ a junction.
Platform toiri hocche.. but it wasn't there b4.
No. That's not a route. If that's a issue why not call RNPR as a junction one track goes to CLW. (known as Chittaranjan Locomotive Works siding)
It's for good trains not for passenger trains
Basically it connects BURNPUR- BCQ (single electrified track) thus bypassing the ASN Loco reversal.
A Welcome Morning from Asansol
Among ofc goers specially it's very much popular
