I think so. When we are talking about rampant Bristachaar so high level then we forget that seven members can not do anything. May be they also involved with the machinery and black mail the govt. or other persons then what happened. The Constitution of India giving supreme power to the Parliament and there is sufficient laws to meet out the corruptions then no need to new law and one more channel to curb the Bristachaar. I also think Lokpal will handicap the govt.

When we book ticket from another station where seats are available and want to board from another station where waiting shows, what will be status while issuing the ticket, is seat allotted or give wait list ticket.

I think U r right because when I do so the booking clerk says U will be get ticket in waiting and no use of taking ticket from another station. Thanks for suitable reply.
Can be add a person after getting reservation or get fresh reservation
