Delhi to Mumbai surely as it comes under GNWL that means more seats are available for cancellation,in RLWL chances of cancellation are very rare as seats in that quota are too less.
#RVNL says that starting from August-Nov 2015, the #Electrification of Rajpura-Patiala-Dhuri-Lehra Mohabat shall take 2 and a half years to complete. So, that is surely going to Jump the TDC of March 2016. Says, official formalities taking time, but you'll start to see the camp offices on this section by August 2015, with trenching and OHE Mast erection. Tenders are ready to be floated / uploaded/ published/. May see them in a month or so.

Are u sure it will be completed by Apr 2016, since I am a regular traveller by Intercity Express from Pune to Solapur, and I have not witnessed any concrete work,its going at a very slow pace,seems they do not have any deadline to meet.
Konark Express case is different, it could change it's loco at SC but it changes at Kozhikode way before SC ,inspire of the fact that SC has an Electric Trip Shed.

I too am asking for the same, bcoz last time I travelled on this route on 10 Feb 2015 , poles could not be seen on Uruli station and no signs of electrification between Ghorpuri yard and Hadapsar Station.

Well what do u think about ET-ALD electrification will it complete by July 2017 as said by the officials of CORE.
