Something wrong with trains departing from Hwh. CSTM duronto left 6 hours late. Coromandal and Gitanjali to start from kharagpur.
IS it coz of the rains ? I dont see anyone giving any update. Also it seems there can be a great race blog between duronto and gitanjali, will probably run almost one after another.

Delhi Kolkata one way airfare usually (except peak seasons) : INR 3000/3500
Delhi Kolkata Rajdhani 3A / 2A fare : INR 1300 / 2900
Time taken today is 17 hours, which will be reduced to 5 hours. Most likely the cost of ticket in the bullet train will not be less than 5000 one way (though I feel it will be much higher given the high cost of construction).

Why all premium, subidha, special trains are getting LHB Rake? It's looking good. By doing this Rajdhani, Duronto Express are getting flop because all are looking same as Premium Trains. Furthermore all Important trains like Poorva Express, Purushottam Express etc also getting LHB Coaches . Here is the same issue. If all trains rakes are replacing by LHB Coaches then Railway Authority should change the Rajdhani or Duronto Coaches LHB Livery. To llok different from other trains. Otherwise all will look same. What do you think guys? Reply with your thoughts or suggestions.

its called standardization and optimization which leads to cost reduction. railways dont care how you feel looking at the train colour
