previously this site was showing number of seats available but for the last 4 - 6 months this facility is deactivated . how can I get it activated sir. pl help

pl. quote that Sr. citizen if not carrying proof of age what will happen, Whether difference will be charged or detrained/ treated as without ticket? pl.quote rule. Admin. pl help. I read some where that only difference can be charged.
