Yes...surely as Govt offices are being shifted from HYD to BZA in a phased manner.....officials can move back to their places like EE,RJY,SLO and VSKP after attending review meetings.
I doubt ECoR giving aggressive schedule.......rather it will slow down in its small jurisdiction.....

Flow of officials to capital is uni direction i.e from VSKP to BZA and vice-versa......But will Ecor agree for this direction and path...lets wait and see.....

Ecor did a great job keeping in view of the future requirements and plans for VSKP and new State.A wise thinking zone avoided loss to railways.......

gradually remove coaches one by one.... and finally withdraw the train....seems to be the plan.....
It has one and only master base......to renumber and augment.....for example BBS-PNBE spl......

But they have to listen to BADA BABU.....and butter constantly.... nowadays zone issue is isolating and gap widened between VSKP and HQs.

All coaches in ecor are controlled by master base.....even for one coach permission needs from HQs is the policy adopted here...i don't know about other zones.......

there is no independence here......powers are there but controlled,watched,monitored in this zone by HQs if it is not useful to them......

Tell me a single train which has 24 coaches....which is operated by WAT.......
If more coaches means....more rolling stock.....more under VSKP base.....
Late latif...never augments coaches permanently to vskp trains.....seems to be the main reason hence never gives PR.....

I was informed by a coach attendant of WAT that even 1st AC coach is dispatched from BBS to attach VSKP-LTT train regularly.......as it is supposed to have four 1st AC coaches + 1 spare which is never maintained at VSKP base for LTT train......hard facts....
