Then why does this train has avg speed lower than adi shatabdi. Theoratically shatabdi has 7 halts still it takes 10 lesser min. This thing has always baffled me. Does this train faces unscheduled stops along it's journey?

So even if it is 110 hmph approved, how does it run "slow", I mean does it crawl through some sections or have some unscheduled halts or even worse runs lower than it's mps.

Achal 20 blog postsHow is the patronage of 12559 shiv ganga express? Will be taking it from muv to ndls and then tcv rajdhani from nzm to brc. The buffer time is around 3 hours and considering a taxi from ndls to nzm i am a bit sceptic. Als arr/dep history of 12559 is bit irregular. Should i modify bookings or go ahead.

Just a quick question. Why does many trains from Godhra side going towards bhuj and rajkot have only loco reversal at BRC and then change from E-loco to D-loco at Ahmedabad. It would save time to directly change to D-loco directly from BRC. Any specific reason for this type of arrangement. Same logic applies in reverse direction.
