Both Warangal and Kakinada are missing out on being NSG2 category because of two railway stations sharing the revenue of one city.
If KCG and HYB could have got more train, then list would have been different

I have observed that CR is getting least amount of Sleepers form factories and getting more 3ACs ,ive also observed that most of the trains got effected by rake standardization policy are from CR, anyone else observed this?
Even SCR Hussainsagar and Mbai express with16 coach has only 2 SL , Visakha express sleepers are required for North Andhra Dts and Orissa, Kakinada Shirdi/ Bhavnagar express. All these have got LHB in 2023. The exception are Falaknuma, Simhapuri, Devagiri which are spared and have balanced non Ac and AC coaches.
