This train was originally started for Nanded then extended to Nagpur then it was short-terminated at Adilabad and is now extended till Balharshah and looking at TAT at BPQ it might now go to Gondia. What CR and SCR are doing with this train?

The train is introduced as alternate to Devagiri
from Mumbai to Nanded after Devagiri extended to Secunderabad after Guage conversion. Later Nandigarm was extended to Adulabad after Guage conversion of that line.

same goes with 12071/72 started between csmt to awb then thrice shifted to dr somehow in 2015 extended upto jalna then somehow cameback to csmt and till 2024 was running till j and in middle of 2024 extended upto hnl
Extension was given to compensate for Sevagram Slip discontinue and no service available for BPQ from Mumbai
Instead of extending this train to BPQ, CR should reintroduce Anandwan express as a tri-weekly till BPQ !! as Nandigram takes 21 hours and Anandwan's route was more faster (via BSL )
