Generally I avoid doing controversial TTs (not to be confused with new try), This i felt very essential to have discussion so plotted. As i heard MAS ALLP SF going to get extended to TVC due to terminal constraints in ALLP after doubling, Rather than having MAS TVC mail and MAS ALLP back to back (with nilgiri, maq mail in middle off coarse) I wanted to create a late night departure from chennai so that it can go to TVC and come back as TVC MAS SF 12696. Maintained nethravathi and ananthapuri stopping pattern and added few TN stops to have more balanced stoppages.

TVC MAS SF. Rake and other things: already exist. present TT with 10 mins slow down lead downs to avg speed less than 55 in FEDL so I thought it would be better to keep as express to benefit people.

Advantage:
1.Late night train for Ernakulam to TVC (alternate for RF TPJ TVC ICE/Antodaya TPJ TVC ICE combos),
2. reducing PF occupancy of MAS TVC SF in TVC such that MAS TVC SF, MAS TVC mail and MAS ALLP express all can be handled in single PF.
3. RSA : MAS TVC express via ALLP - TVC MAS SF- PM: BBQ 14:00 22:00 slot. while reverse RSA can be maintained in BBQ 6:00 14:00 slot.
