Witnesses ka maanana hai ki signaling mein bhari chuk thi, jo ki last year ki Koramandal Express accident jaisi hai. Stuck passengers ko khana aur pani diya gaya, aur Chennai Central se ek special train chali jisse woh apne destination par pahunch sake. Derailment ki wajah se train services mein disruption aaya, kai trains cancel ya divert ho gayi. South Central Railway ne ek notification issue kiya hai jismein yeh changes diya gaya hai, passengers ko train schedule check karne ki salah di gayi hai travel karne se pehle.

Collision mein Bagmati Express ka locomotive aur goods train ka brake van shamil tha, jisse impact ka zyada hissa absorb hua kyunki woh hollow structure tha, jisse passenger coaches pe impact kam hua.
