How to keep your favourite train as the fastest train?? Few days ago 12302 covered NDLS-DDU 788 kms distance in 8 hrs 15 mins @ 96 kph. 22436 VB covers NDLS-BSB 759 kms distance in 8 hrs @ 95 kph. Then 12302 was stopped in DDU for 30 mins!!! Departing at 01.35 am, 12302 crossed DHN at 06.20 am & crossed BWN at 08.34 am. Can you imagine 12302 average speed was just 70 kph when it was covering the final 94.5 kms of its journey!!! I am shocked. The details: - NDLS 16.50~97.9; CNB 21.20/25~97.2; PRYJ 23.25/27~93.7; DDU 01.05/35 ~96.9; GAYA 03.42/45~79.9; DHN 06.15/20~63.6; ASN 07.15/17~82.2; BWN 08.34/p~70; HWH 09.55||

made 20 again as 4 pillars faced more erosion problem. Once New bridge comes up beside it, work going on. Then PRYJ-DDU will be 90 mins journey.
New Tons bridge is also being made. Also 759 kms in 7 hrs 45 mins is 97.9 kph. But 788 kms in 8 hrs is 98.5 kph. Post post completion of New Naini rail bridge & New Tons rail bridge is made 12302 will trounce 22435 & 22416 badly. Rajdhani trains will get VBS trainset like Coaches 1st. As per ER

In my opinion railways should make future train sets with this coach composition 6 general class coaches including luggage loading capacity , 6 sleeper coaches , 8 ac class coaches ( which can include third ac or second ac or first ac or can be a mixture of these coaches ) and ( either 1 ac coach or 2 ac coaches can be removed to add pantry car coach and extra luggage coach ) so 6+6+8 total 20 and 2 electric locos ( 1 at front side of whole trainset and 1 at back side of the whole trainset ) so 20 +2 total 22 coaches , so that instead of giving lhb rakes to some trains which runs on a longer path railways should directly convert those mail or express or superfast express trains into these trains sets and cost of making lhb coaches will also be reduced or...

saved due to directly conversion of mail or express train into train sets and rake reversal time of many trains will be reduced wnd cost of doing rake reversal of a train will also be reduced ( due to 2 engine 1 at back side of the trainset and 1 and front side of the train set ) and speed of all trains can be increased (due to 2 engine 1 at back side of the trainset and 1 and front side of the train set ) . Please give your opinion on this but please don't give any argument related to politics so that my post don't get archived.

Or either railways can apply this coach composition in in some upcoming amrit bharat express trains so that we can see that whether this coach composition for train sets will become a successful idea or will become a flop idea.

premium trains and other mail/express trains passing through Dhanbad, including the New Delhi-Howrah Rajdhani Express and New Delhi-Sealdah Rajdhani Express. The base kitchen will be operated by RK Associates & Hoteliers Private Limited, which also manages base kitchens in other stations in Jharkhand. The facility has separate sections for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food preparation, as well as a dedicated section for parathas. The kitchen is air-conditioned and equipped with chimneys and hygiene facilities. The establishment of base kitchens is part of the Indian Railways' plan to eliminate pantry cars from trains, aiming to improve the quality and hygiene of food served to passengers. The base kitchen in Dhanbad will initially serve 12302 Howrah Rajdhani Express and 12314 Sealdah Rajdhani Express. Plans are in place to extend services to other trains like 13151 Kolkata-Jammu Tawi Express, 12019-12020 Howrah-Ranchi-Howrah Shatabdi Express, 22317 Sealdah-Jammu Tawi Humsafar Express, 12260 Bikaner-Sealdah Duronto Express, 12379 Sealdah-Amritsar Jallianwala Bagh Express, and 12329 Sealdah-Anand Vihar West Bengal Sampark Kranti Express.

Base kitchen mein veg aur non-veg ke liye alag-alag sections hain, aur parathas ke liye bhi ek alag section hai. Kitchen AC wala hai aur usme chimneys aur safai ki saari suvidhayen hain. Railways ki plan hai ki trains mein pantry cars band kar diye jaaye, isliye stations pe base kitchens banaaye ja rahe hain. Dhanbad ka base kitchen pehle 12302 Howrah Rajdhani Express aur 12314 Sealdah Rajdhani Express mein khana parosega.
