Not to show disrespect to LKO and CNB or even GHY, but usually such projects which has more of external funding flourish only in metropolitan and cosmopolitan cities where the footfalls are very high and the city's economy is stronger and vibrant.
LKO and CNB both r top10 biggest cities in india.
