Flexi fares structure have to be reduced as ,First 25%of berth / seat normal rates, Next 25% added eith 10% hike,Next 25% added with 15% hike and the last 25% added with 20 % hike.
Senior citizens concessions have to be provided in Flexi fares .
Then the patronages shall be increase tremendously in Train reservations.

No need for senior citizen concession in flexi fares. These fares are introduced to earn maximum profit only hence concession would be against the basic idea.
