Fares increase yes. It is time to attack that class which has no escape. Premium trains have already lost 2A section to flights and Shatabdi to Volvo. Take any train and max. coaches are Sleeper class. Increase SL fare while keeping 3A constant. Increase 3A coaches by reducing SL in order to maximize 3A occupancy. Increased fares wud reduce SL & 3A gap that might push some passengers automatically to 3A.
