Train was emptied of passengers, so I think it's quite possible to move the train.

It's quite possible. There is very little friction between steel wheels and steel rails and this makes it far more easier to push/pull things on rails than on road. For a long time shunting operations used to be done manually by pushing wagons and coaches.

jin 40 logo ne khincha jab unse bola gaya hoga k bhai tum logo ko train khichni hai tab unke chehre dekhne layak hoge :-)..i am damn sure k halat kharab ho gayi un logo ki aur ab 1-2 din ka full rest diya hoga railway ne
