the doubling of Digha bridge and commissioning of double line Rajendra Pul, Munger bridge will be as useful as Dinesh Mongia was in 2003 World Cup.

I think if ER would have made Munger a bigger station with 5 platforms and maintenance yard, it's dependency on Bhagalpur to get the trains could have reduced.

Now Munger has to play the waiting game till Bhagalpur station becomes big enough to have 40+ trains originating and terminating.
