Just connect Wadi Gulbarga to SCR. It will solve a lot of issues. SBC BIDAR train can go through GTL RC KLBG. Anyway, if we connect KLBG to SCR, there won't be any additional confusion with the zones. All trains from the South will have to go through SCR to the CR area, and instead of changing zones at Wadi, it will happen at KLBG. That's it. Whenever new divisions or zones are created, KLBG and MAQ divisions can be part of SWR and SCR respectively. For now, let's add KLBG to the SC division. When the KLBG division is created, we can assign Bidar and Guntakal to it. It's a simple solution.

SWR doesn't have power all over Karnataka. And there's no division of zones by state. SCR has control over about 30% of Karnataka. So, adding another 40 kms to SCR in Wadi Kalaburagi doesn't really affect SCR, but it means a lot to Kalaburagi, Bidar, and the whole Kalyana Karnataka Region.
