not possible ...now itself NED div people having issues with quota after it got extended to SC from NED...now it will create even more problems .. regarding Simhapuri...if you remove RSA...you are instead of better utilization of the rake (which is already happening now) will be creating more idle time for the rake to stay in SC.. SC-GDR will reach GDR around 10 AM in the morning and departs around ~7 PM Evng and this case is normal with parking at GDR is no problem for 8-9 hours .. but... more...
GDR-SC will reach S around 5:30 and will depart only at 11 PM almost 11+6 17 hours idle time ... now the max time the rake sits idle is at CSTM for 12 hours and then the next max idle time for the rake is at GDR for 9 hours (including both arrival and departure timings)... and regarding slot, there is no slot available at BZA coaching depot for those timings and no arrival /departure slot at CSTM...
