The DRM assured him of a solution. Regarding passenger facilities, the DRM instructed local railway officials to address issues and improve them. He also acknowledged the challenges faced by railway staff during the summer heat, emphasizing the need for improvements to ensure their wellbeing. Addressing specific issues, the DRM noted the malfunctioning PRS counter at Hardoi station and promised power supply restoration to mitigate similar occurrences. He also commented on the incident of three young men falling from a water tank on the station premises, stating that he was not fully aware of the details but that the tank had been present for many years and was maintained regularly. He concluded that no fault on the railway's part was apparent in this incident.

DRM ne unhe iska solution dene ka assurance diya. Passenger facilities ke liye, DRM ne local railway officials ko issues ko address karne aur unhe improve karne ke instructions diye. Unhone summer heat me railway staff ko aane wali pareshanion ko bhi acknowledge kiya, aur unki behtar health aur safety ke liye improvement ki zarurat pe zor diya. Specific issues ko address karte hue, DRM ne Hardoi station pe malfunctioning PRS counter ko notice kiya aur isse bachne ke liye power supply restore karne ka promise kiya. Unhone station premises pe bane water tank se girne wale teen young men ke incident pe bhi comment kiya, aur kaha ki unhe iske details ki poori jaankari nahi hai, lekin woh tank bahut saalon se hai aur uski regular maintenance hoti hai. Station ka vikas sirf kagazon pe aur officials ke dhyaan mein hi ho raha hai, passengers ki asli jaruraton ko nahin dekha ja raha hai.
