Running room mein loco pilots ne khane-peene ki problem, thand ke wajah se extra blankets ki zaroorat jaisi problems batayi. Kumar ne in problems ko solve karne ke instructions diye aur loco pilots ko apni shikayat complaint book mein likhne ko kaha. Unhone kaha ki passenger facilities aur improve ki jaayegi.
