During this time, the railway line was cut and removed, the soil underneath was excavated using a pocklane machine, and the pre-fabricated concrete and reinforcement steel underpass structure was placed at the construction site using a crane. The railway line was then reconnected, resuming train and goods train operations. Due to the dense population in the Baghmara area, a significant number of people pass through the Khanudih and Teloatand railway gates daily, travelling to Baghmara block and sub-divisional office, Baghmara CHC, Baghmara College, schools, and collieries. Frequent opening and closing of the railway gate due to passenger train and goods train traffic, especially a large number of goods trains, creates significant inconvenience for working people, patients, and school children, hindering them from reaching their destinations on time. The construction of the underpass near Teloatand railway gate will provide relief from the problems associated with the closed railway gate. However, people will have to travel an additional 1.5 kilometers to reach Baghmara market via the underpass. Vijay Sharma, a member of DRCCU, stated that an ROB will be constructed near Khanudih gate soon. The underpass and approach road are being constructed at a cost of Rs. 5.93 crore. The underpass has a height of 5 meters and a width of 5 meters. The construction of the approach road on both sides of the underpass beneath the railway line will be completed soon. He got up from his seat and went to the door, approximately 10 kilometers from Secunderabad station, when his foot slipped and he fell out of the train on Tuesday morning. Passengers sitting nearby alerted his wife, who informed the RPF at the next station. The RPF retrieved the body and brought it to Secunderabad for a post-mortem. Manoj's wife called her family and informed them of the incident. His family members are deeply grieved. Former Minister Jaleshwar Mahto visited the family and inquired about the incident.
