This is Confirmed as per Consultation with Moderator Sir.
At Present, there is GM SouthernRailway Tweet, SureshPrabhu Tweet, Northern Railway Press Release, and Madurai Division tweet, who prepares TB for this train ,who all says its "Sethu".

Normally in South India They add H prefix in all word like Sethu pramodh in North india they no adding so according to south indian view it's correct but as per north indian view it's Trival

We must Follow TB whether its South India, North India or whatever it may be. TB prepared by Mdu,SR. So it will be Sethu.
The PR from "Northern"Railway also had it as "Sethu".
So its a correct and cant be considered trivial whichever part of India it is,
