This train has already been introduced with full AC LHB Rake with two EOGs.
But the rake provided for this train is not "Brand New LHB Rake". Indeed this rake is a composition of LHB Coaches of various rail zones(like NR,SECR,ER,NFR,SER etc). Some Duronto liveried coaches(mainly some 3AC coaches & the Pantry Car) are also present in this train.
Now this train is running as "02863/02864 HWH YPR AC PREMIUM SPECIAL" on every Monday from HWH and on every Wednesday from YPR.(Timings is same as 12245/12246 HWH YPR Duronto).

True,SER could have easily tapped Agartala,Silchar and Naharlagun setions and run passenger services.Santragachhi-Naharlagun/Dekargaon,Santrag achhi/Howrah-Agartala/Silchar would have helped them earn huge and tap these new sectors.
SER should have targeted HWH/SRC-NJP/AGTL/SCL/NHLN sector.It can earn handsome by these.Why to run same Regulars,Specials,Special fare specials to same destinations again and again.ER is earning great by Saraighat.
Unless src dkae ccrl is doubled cant run . Also freight rush is there.

kewal hwh-ypr nahi, sabhi humsafar ka inaugral run khali hi raha hai. Koi sensible organisation jo pehle se cash strapped ho wo khali train kewal isliye chala de kyunki announcement sahi samay pe na ker paya ho, aisa sirf Indian Railways me hota hai or kahi nahi. Paglo ka jhund baith hai yaha.

Bhai KYQ HS ko BNC HWH k GNWL m daala thik lekin HWH KYQ ko PQWL mein hi rakhe h... Yeh train jis leg mein super hit hone waali thi waha bhi artificially W/L dikhake khali chalane ka plan lagta h... Research ki bhaadi kami h...
Aur 12504 bhale hi 7 hr mein KYQ NJP cover kar le. .12503 ko avi tak 9 hr sr kam nahi lage h.. Agar 9 hr hi lagana tha,(which is age old std travel time of NJP GHY) toh NCB, NOQ stoppage skip karne ka kya fayda? NCB, NOQ would've attracted good crowd rather than NBQ. Ideally isko NCB, NOQ,NBQ,BPRD,RNY yeh stops hone chahiye the.. 14056 with 15 stops also cover NJP GHY in 9.5 hrs.
Humsafar ka NCB,NOQ stoppage na dena bahut badi galti hain.APDJ div me stoppage hona chahiye.Itne sare log jaate hain education,job ,treatment ke liye.Train nahi mil pata.Aur agar train NFR ke target audience ke liye hain to kui nahi milega stoppage.Offlate Suvidha,Tripura Sundari ko bho stoppage nahi diya NCB mein?
