DVD doesn't have watering facility PF1 main line PF2 is loop always occupied by freight to let passenger trains from Vskp pass. Realignment needs to be done at SHM north or SHM to halt bypass trains for 5mins as regular stop with crew change.

Crew change point. As Vskp main station is skipped crew change the train at SHM north. Vijaywada Visakhapatnam is a section for crew and Chennai/Renigunta to Benguluru region is a section for crew.

Providing a stop at Visakhapatnam Junction would be advantageous over the regular halt at Vizianagaram Junction and the technical halt at Simhachalam North. This is due to Visakhapatnam's status as a divisional headquarters in the East Coast Railway and its recognition as a prominent city in India.

Similarly Katpadi Junction also required (especially for crew change).

SCR operating between SWR & SR. Very big task. Inorder to prevent any future accidents, This should be handed over to SWR crew at Katpadi Junction (SR zone)

regular VSG CDO train to get LHBfied was 17321/22 VSG JSME weekly express in February 2023 and now on 21st June 2024 after VSG YPR express LHB conversion all 5 express trains having PM at Vasco CDO are LHBfied with a total of 10 LHB rakes, within a span of 1 year and 3 months. Kudos ЁЯСП and credit to South Western Railways (SWR) for that. ЁЯЩПЁЯЩП

All these trains are undergoing PM as of now on non-camtech conventional pitline of 480m length which can accommodate max 20 LHB coaches.
A camtech pitline of length 540m will get commissioned after its construction gets completed.

VSG CDO 100% LHBfied is not a big deal. Till today SWR cudnt even a get a Single Premium Train to VSG. VSG-TPTY/SBC/NDLS /SC/MAS ACSF should have started.

Pass Train they have Ghat Constraints.
Very Soon UBL,BGM,KOP will get VB's. What VSG will get is only BOXN. Only 1 good hope for VSG is in Future if IR plans to Convert Some Existing Long Distance Train to AB than definitely VSG will be on Priority List and 2nd Hope for VSG is to merge VSG-LD Section with KRCL ( Full Goa Railway portion to 1 Zone ) Automatically Some MAO terminating Trains will get extended upto VSG.

Carving out MAQ ( PNMB ) New Mangalore Port , Mangaluru Region upto CAN from PGT
( SR ) to MYS ( SWR ). Rest PGT Division can be merged with TVC division SR already has many ports and Goods Sheds with Them
KRCL will get MRH, ZCS, and VSG will also see good Days in Passenger wise

Now KR is also going for Doubling MAO-TOK Section waiting for RB's green signal if everything goes as per plans than by 2028/29 MAO-TOK will be FEDL
( VSG-TOK ).

Good Days for VSG is KRCL not SWR.
