This can be easily speed up from sbc by departing 1 hrs late and a speed of 1.15 Hrs Between SEM - SC, only this section has slack if the slack removed Btween this section it can easily be speed up

If it can be seeded up then let the arrival time of Delhi- NZM will be early as 4 AM or before. It will help people to take all morning departure from NDLS towards north.
Without reason? Check it's history at SC and NZM and tell back if the slack is cut in both sections, what will be its residual punctuality
