Train No:00717 ATP to UPL(BZA) Via GTL. This is running Saturday.

Looking at the train number, seems like either a parcel train or a tourist train. Given the distance, most probably a parcel train.
Why are parcel trains updated in WIMT or NTES considering they have no bearing on any end user? I have often seen parcel specials being listed on the site.
A lot of these parcel trains are booked by local businesses, so most probably to give them whereabouts of their consignments.
Given the mismanagement I've faced on IR parcel website, this seems a much reliable tracking option. Although most of the parcel trains are always 40+ hours late.
