Why don't they make Rayagada a RL Charting Station for this train? This train does a loco reversal here so it seems possible. Since the first chart preparation is done around 1:35AM and it becomes hard for many people to do a Current Booking. In addition, I see a lot of vacant seats everyday. And the train arrives Rayagada around 11AM, which seems to be a flexible time. What do you think?

Since its daytime journey public still preferring even waitlisted tickets in 2a, 3a of samta exp as its cheaper than VB.
Now they have announced to replaced the 16 coacher rake with 8 coacher rake, so loss have reduced a little bit. Still its loss making

But do you think it would make any difference? I don't think so. It would still run with 30-40% occupancy only. Because I have seen people saying "Itna paisa deke koun jayega, itne mein toh mein do baar aa jaunga."
Last minute travellers may prefer. It may get upto 70-80% in 8C rake ....let's see!
Even the last-moment travellers won't prefer brother. They would still prefer to travel in a GS class or they would pay some amount of fine to travel in reserved class instead, which would also cost them lesser than a ticket in VB.
