Why Indian Railways fully electrifying the bg routes and the fuel efficient locos are in good condition and the for electricity source also comes mostly from which also names for pollution
According to me they are wasting the 121.34 billions and the indians doesn't asked for this project at this rate

Diesel locos are least efficient. Imo they should be scrapped in another 3 years with limited holding. They just increase the operational cost of IR and do nothing good. So time has come for WAP-7 and WAG-9HC, WAG-12 to rule IR network. So dont expect that diesel locos are best if that was the case then railways wouldn't have gone for 100% electrification

Bhai WDP-4 did 180 kmph just because talgo is very much lighter compared to lhb rakes and it had less than 8 coaches but in reality with more coaches say 14-18 lhb coaches only WAP-5 can go at 180 kmph. Even NJP Shatabdi had less coaches so WDP-4 with greater efforts somehow managed to go 130.

Point is its ability. WDP-4 can go at 130 kmph even with 22 coach lhb rake but it increases the failure ability and wear and tear of the loco and even it cant maintain the average speed of what WAP-7 and WAP-4 does 130 kmph with 22 coach rake plus WDP-4 takes hell of a time to accelerate till 130 kmph unlike WAP-7 and WAP-4
