This weekly should be rerouted via ROU ... A compensating ICE may be operated between TATA and BBS via Dangoaposi - Kendujhargarh ...

end - end should be looked if both sides r having demand regardless of routes
You may be rest assured that 18515/6 won't be rerouted via ROU because of long distance in spite of the fact that this train is not getting well response.
route wont be change duburi (tata steel plant is there ) just 9km from sukinda road for workers which is also useful for them ya time taking for filling this train and many steel plants near by,

I think the railways should start to evaluate the performance of trains especially occupancy levels after 1 year of running since it would cover all seasons (peak,non peak ). At least the trains which are running vacant most of the times can be rerouted or maybe dates of service can be changed to improve occupancy.There are some trains which are always packed and then some trains which are less occupied
