Grievance Description : Dear Sir/Madam, In the train 04406/New Delhi - Sainagar Shirdi AC Premium Special on the travel date 17-Sep only 1 passenger booked a ticket in 3A class and nobody booked a ticket in 2A class based on this status extracted on 16-Sep S.No. Date (DD-MM-YYYY) Class - 3A Class -2A 1 17- 9-2014 AVAILABLE 483 AVAILABLE 219 It was quite obvious that this service had not been successful and yet this service was actually run instead of being cancelled for low patronage. This service running for just 1 passenger was a huge loss to the exchequer and should have been cancelled. I would like to seek an explanation as to why this service was not cancelled.
