desperate to get a ticket in this train ...after the introduction of premium tatkal , just check out the rates of 2ac and 3ac before booking in it , normally on the day fo departure the rates of 2ac and 3ac in PT will be higher than 1st ac cost and if the WL in 1ac is 1,2,3 then book in 1st ac it will confirm and you may save around 1000 rs ..

I was booking in 12721 in 3a from sc to bpl for tomorrow and rate was around 3100 I don't think premium tatkal will work
yes agree ...for todays dept for 12785 even the sleeper ticket for PT was 1100 rs which is like 200% more than the normal sleeper tkt rate ..for dakshin still people are helpless as there is no other option , but for 12785 there is kcg-ypr exp after 2 hours ...which goes relatively empty on most days ..making dakshin in PT was very cruel as it hs only 1 2ac and 3ac coach ...
