This very Shatabdi is the current fastest Diesel train on Indian Soil with an MPS upto 130 Kph in Chord Section of Eastern Railways. It has an average speed of 70 Kph which makes is the fastest Diesel Run Shatabdi or any Diesel train and Pune Shatabdi also has an average of 70 Kph but 130 Kph MPS makes this Shatabdi supreme.
