It's ok, the thought and the TT is quite good actually. Though I think some stoppages like DAKE, AMP, NHT, KDPR, DLK can be removed as very few or no SF stop there. Also you can reduce stoppage timing at BWN, BHP, NFK, BOE, KNE to 3mnts each. Thus 5X2= 10Mnts can be saved in total.
However, I am saying again, it's good. But not sure of the chance of implementation though. Uttarbanga started in this route as a compensation back in 2003 when Darjeeling Mail became a Superfast. And not sure whether IR would be eager to upgrade the replacement too, but it's well composed TT. Please prepare the return also.
