How punctuality is affected with a small derailment of freight train at Naini Jn.
Yesterday around 11:30 am a freight after 3 minutes of departure derailed at Naini. This can affect train operation to what extent have a look at this.

Now freights departing MGS after 1400 along with other trains were made to wait at various stations because of a traffic jam right from ALD to Chunar and as a result the freights are arriving today after 0600 back to back. Trains like purushottam, mahabodhi managed to reach ALD before 2200 hours by overtaking those poor freights, the night traffic is very well known to everyone yet some people deny this fact. This was done to maintain the so called punctuality of trains by hanging up freights at longer hours at remote stations.
