There are total two rakes.
1st rake:

Sat Late DEP was cz of late incoming Himgiri Rake (whose data is NA @ IRI & cant b fetched nw via NTES)!!
On Tue/Sat Dep, its simply whn Rake ARR late @ HWH!! Mail departed right time on Fri (whn Rake was delayed..u r skipping this point totally) & keeping the guess!!
Where Mail gt the Rake frm?? N 1-2 hrs delay can b sme issue...13.5 hrs delay..that too idle Rake (as per u) & whch sync with Mail ARR..has link of RSA!! Nyway, if u could make any theory (rather thn...

What just happened. 12322 which departed CSTM on 4th nov, it arrived today with 11hrs late. So just now at 23:00, it arrived HWH. If we take as per your saying, then 12331 Himgiri should be rescheduled by atleast 5-6 hrs, so that the rake which came atleast go some maintenance as its coming from a long 2100 km journey.
But no, check out. Today's 12331 himgiri is departing exactly on time i.e 23:55. What you want to say now ?

My simple query: Where is the Extra Rake whch made Mumbai Mail depart right time last Friday??? How it didnt made Mail depart @ time yesterday??
