अब ट्रेन छूटने के चार घंटे पहले तक ही पैसा वापस लिया जा सकता है। इससे आखिरी वक्त तक कंफर्मेशन का इंतजार करने वाले उन यात्रियों के सामने विकट समस्या खड़ी हो गई है
