It is yet another great management exercise,by IR which is essential for turn around of IR, as the human resource are the most valuable resource for any a organisation, who put use to other resources like Money, plant Machines etc so as to achieve financial/production targets with in the given time frame.
This step shall facilitate the alignment of thought process of IR employees with the new organisational goals of IR. Bringing in the desired changes in the thinking and work culture of about 13 lac employees is one of the greatest challenges before Mr. Prabhu today, and is the single most important factor whether he will be successful in his endeavor of transforming IR or not.
