A The Indian Railways has awarded the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts for electrification of Delhi-Sarai Rohilla-Rewari and Alwar-Bandikui-Jaipur-Phulera-Ajmer 353km section to Larsen & Toubro (L&T). The electrification of Delhi-Sarai Rohilla-Rewari and Alwar-Bandikui-Jaipur-Phulera and Ajmer and Ringas -Jaipur-Sawai Madhopur section once completed will improve the efficiency of movement with the faster electric locomotives replacing the diesel-driven engines.
an event for “Exchanging of Agreement with Stakeholders as part of “Mission Electrification” and ‘First EPC’ contract of Indian Railways” which was held in Rail Bhawan on Friday in the presence of the Minister of state for railways and communications (independent charge) Manoj Sinha and high Railway Board officials Rajeev Jyoti ,CEO of L&T (Railways business) exchanged agreement with SP Tripathi, General Manager of CORE which is the nodal agency for the electrification of the Delhi-Sarai Rohilla-Rewari and Alwar-Bandikui-Jaipur-Phulera and Ajmer section. Similarly, the General Manager of the North Western Railway Girish Pillai exchanged the agreement with the CMD of RITES Rajeev Mehrotra for the Ringas-Jaipur-Sawai Madhopur section.

That is very unbecoming of you to say things like that. Just for the sake of your own area, you're suggesting train blockade against something that can help and provide comfort to others? Are you one of those who support your leaders for blocking train lines for reservation demands and completely justify it?

Yes i am from those who support our leaders for blocking train agar koi hamara haq chhin ne ki koshish karega.
SWM aaj all India se connected h lekin agar Byepass bana to ye connectes buri tarah toot jaega. North south ke alawa koi connectivity nahi bachegi hamare pas.
Agar aapke station se 1 train bhi hata do to socho aapko kitna bura lagega aur poore SWM se 30% train hat jaengi. Aur hum aisa to hone nahi denge .aur mujhe pata h ki hamare leader hamre sath h.
reservation ke liye nahi apne haq ki ladai ke liye bol raha hu.

First of all, my opinions were based on diverting "some" fast trains like Duronto and not all. Just like it is done at VSKP or HWH.
Second, since you have your views, let me tell you mine. Any kind of disruption of public services thereby causing harm to substantially large number of people just for the demands (in the name of rights) of a section of people, is not at all ethical given the reasons and "haq" is fundamentally flawed. Since, you have clarified that you support your leaders like Mr Kirodilal Meena, who has played important role in the past for blocking Delhi-Mumbai route completely, it is sad to see youngsters justifying acts of such leaders whose provocations and actions in
the name of agitation and railway line blockade caused such a huge loss to nation and affected so many commuters in the busy Delhi-Mumbai route. It is more sad to see assurance and faithfulness towards such leaders.
PS: If a train is removed from my station, I won't feel bad. Just like SWM, I have big stations with 1 hour ride away. I have well connected Howrah, that is one night journey away. There are many trains that skip my stations and frankly, passengers do break journeys by going to near by big stations.
